Job Title: Operations Manager

Duties:
Establish goals and performance objectives for NOV's Operations Department at assigned facility. Oversee the coordination and scheduling of production activities. Oversee the support of job planning. Manage budgetary expenditures. Responsible for budgeting. Oversee the daily operations of multiple disciplines for direct manufacturing of oilwell drilling equipment. Direct and coordinate the activities of all operations that support business activities. Manage and coordinate the activities of subordinate staff. Address training and employee development.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field and two (2) years of experience in each of the following: business competency; eliminating waste in a production
environment; New Product Introduction; project management, including MS Project; cost analysis and oilfield
product knowledge required to create strategies to achieve cost targets for new product introduction; reading
and interpreting drawings for oilfield equipment; machining and fabrication environment; and lean manufacturing techniques.
OR
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field and
five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following: business competency;
eliminating waste in a production environment; New Product Introduction; project management, including MS
Project; cost analysis and oilfield product knowledge required to create strategies to achieve cost targets for new product introduction; reading and interpreting drawings for oilfield equipment; machining and fabrication
environment; and lean manufacturing techniques.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
