Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists interested in management to join our growing company in Calexico, CA as a Clinic Director! Physical Therapists who have been practicing for at least 2 years and have some management experience are encouraged to apply!We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinics.
The ideal candidate would utilize evidence-based orthopedic practice, exhibit a passion for individualized care and possess strong interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and clinic directors can earn quarterly bonuses when achieving KPI and profitability goals for their clinic.

Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseloadProvide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments providedAppropriate discharge management and patient follow-upSupervise support staff of PTA's and aidesMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelinesRequirements/
