The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Duties include:
Prepare, update, and provide daily carriers status Report driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution Stay in close and courteously contact with drivers throughout deliveries and troubleshoot any problems that may arise Assign loads to drivers based on planner instructions Maintain records to facilitate prompt and accurate billing Ensure route start/completion via the driver check-in/check-out process Work closely with co-workers and supervisor in a team environment Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information Perform other job-related duties as assigned Skills / Competencies Positive attitude and problem-solving skills Must be bilingual:
English and Spanish Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Able to multitask and prioritize task Focused in objectives Highly attentive to details Self-motivated and disciplined with good organization and time management skills.
JCMX Transport LLC does require applicants to complete a background check, drug test, and pre-employment physical as a condition of employment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
