Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Support to new projects of facilities, and building improvements.
Work close with the janitors and cleaning team, maintaining facilities and property in high standar conditions.
Experience with cooling systems is a plus Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
Performs general repairs with some specialized technician.
Competencies:
Technical/vocational degree in engineering field or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
Basic experience in design software such Autocad, Autodesk Civil 3D or similar.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of OSHA standars, forklift license is a plus.
Language:
Intermediate English/ spanish is a plus.
Authorized to work in USA.
